Customer Reviews
Informative but repetitive
I found this book to have an abundance of research based information and a therapeutic perspective. However, I believe this book is for those, who have some serious and significant issues with eating.
NOT for those looking for a healthy lifestyle inspiration. The book in summary claims the best thing you can do for yourself if you’re really struggling with your weight is abstain from sugar, wheat, and foods that trigger you to binge eat. You’ll eventually detox and the cravings will cease.
