Calmed me down

I enjoyed this book. The voice was soothing to listen to. I really enjoyed the idea that thoughts are just thoughts, thoughts don’t make up you. And the idea of not doing, being more mindful and in that moment. I really enjoyed how well he explained breathing for meditation, most others tell you how your supposed to do it, like you have to breath a certain way. This guy explains how to not do anything, it really did help myself understand how to meditate and how I can be mindful in daily tasks. This book really helped my anxiety. Thanks for the help you shared, it was worth my time.
