Sometimes works
This has worked many of the times I have used it with horrible headaches/migraines. I usually fall asleep (or go under hypnosis) while listening, but at the end the speaker says something like "now you will wake up" and I wake up. I dislike that as I usually am listening to this hoping to get some sleep after my bad headache is lifted. Also, for some reason I feel opposed to listening to this track. Even though it often works, we just have a general feeling of disliking listening to it. For the price though, it is worth trying it yourself and seeing if it helps you. It has been worth the money for sure for me.
Helped me time and again
Have been dealing with chronic pain in various parts of my body for over 18 months. Each time I’m at my worst, I return to this meditation and it truly helps. I wish I didn’t wait until I hit a bottom of sorts before remembering this powerful and valuable tool. It is true that you should do it for 21 days to experience the deep results. And stay connected with the lessons in the meditation. Every time my suffering has come back it’s because I’ve forgotten the tools provided in this meditation. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

This has helped my fall asleep and stay asleep the whole night. It helps me relax my muscles and reduce the pain on my neck. I usually fall asleep half way into it. But feel I still get benefits by listening in my sleep.
