Sleep meditation and stop grinding your teeth
This is an excellent subliminal meditation for sleep and for those of us who clench or grind our teeth during sleep. I clench due to fibromyalgia pain. Most often I use this to meditate mornings and at bedtime. Very seldom am I able to remain awake but a soothed into painless, calm, deep sleep or a relaxing meditation.
