Customer Reviews
This is a performance-anxiety book
I wish I could rate it 2.5 stars. It was useless to me, but perhaps I didn't read the description well enough. This book has very little to do with the kind of chronic anxiety many people suffer. (GAD/Panic Disorder.) This book is about job interviews, self-rating and a host of other purely performance-based anxieties. If that's where
you're having problems, then this may be a good read for you. But, the title is a little misleading and I do think the description could have been written better.
The information inside mostly seems solid, but it's not a book to deal with disorders so much as it is one to help people address job-related phobias, feeling unliked, etc.
How to Control Anxiety
I suffered with Panic Attacks for 20 years. This book helped me to become self confident, and to cure my anxiety and panic disorder. I am a psychotherapist and now use REBT in my practice with ALL my clients. I've never been busier than I am now. Change your thinking, change you life.
Four Chapters Only?
This "audiobook" only consists of four chapters of the actual book. That's pretty shady because I can't see anywhere in the "Description" of the product that this is divulged. I was under the impression that I was buying an audio version of the book, not parts of it. Good book, bad audio product. I consider this very poor business and a big ripoff.
