Voice and Narration is terrible

Read the book, not the Audio version… the voice and narrative style is unbearable. After a while, it was like scratches on a chalkboard.

No-so-common common sense

I want to say I loved this book because I dedicated so much time to it considering it’s over a day long in audio time but I think that it was time well spent. The book provided good insight in the compliance techniques used my many companies and scams. These techniques are very much common sense but as presented in this book it’s as though it give you many “I knew that but didn’t think about it that ways” moments. Good book!

Unpleasant

If you aspire to be a manipulative, unethical used car salesman, this is the book for you. I’m not sure which was more unpleasant…the techniques on how to manipulate your fellow person or the narrator’s chicken scratch voice. I find myself trying to forget most of what I’ve heard.
