Opposite of what was intended?
I purchased this book based on a recommendation from a colleague, and I’m a coffee enthusiast. I was a little surprised at some of the management tactics described in this book. It was interesting to learn how Starbucks learned and pivoted during tough economic conditions, but I felt like some of the management techniques used with senior leadership would almost serve as a “what not to do”.
