Audiobook read by Zachary Levi
Radical Love is the debut memoir from actor Zachary Levi (Shazam!,?American Underdog,?The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,?Chuck), which shares his emotional journey through a lifetime of crippling anxiety and depression to find joy, gratitude, and ultimate purpose.
Facing the scars of childhood trauma and the voices in his head that told him he would never be enough, Zac recounts the raw yet honest behind-the-scenes story of:
his family life, career successes, and personal disappointments.
This all led Zac to rock bottom and landed him in a therapy center, where he learned to address the underlying issues that preceded his downward spiral. With vulnerability and humor, Zac relates the valuable lessons and insights he’s learned so that you can rise from the ashes of trauma and pursue a meaningful life of gratitude.
Radical Love combines witty, touching, and powerful commentary with relatable illustrations to help you on your own path toward mental wellness.

Beautiful
I believe everyone should read this! It truly helped me understand my own mental health and understanding the importance of the ongoing fight that is mental health!
Life changing read. 10/10
This was one of the best listens and came exactly when I needed it. So thankful that he shared all of this and was so open. A lot of great life lessons if you’re in a dark place. I’ll also say this was slightly religious but as a person who does not follow faith, it was not annoying or overwhelming. Would read this again!
Loved it !
Zac was so brave sharing personal moments in his life and It was very interesting to see his journey and all the challenges and the learning he did and now he shares with us , I could see a lot of equal patterns in myself due to bad programming and it helped me to analize them and learn from my past experiences , I learned to speak to my self kindly and loving , most of the times we are the worst judges to ourselves , I thank Zac for being a blessing in our lives with his art and now with these wise words .
