Necessary
I met Alan at a General Manager Meeting. It was a brief presentation, but it immediately resonated as he connected two of my favorite things... sports and development of others. I had been waiting for this book to hear his “deeper dive” into self awareness, being part of a team and leading a group. Alan’s connection to sports kept the sports junkie in me engaged but it never felt like a sports book. Some fantastic takeaways. I have recommended this book to multiple peers and to a few of my mentors.
