Love the narration
I love listening to this book. I think people that are bothered by the narration may have ageism embedded in their subconscious. I’m a 34 year old woman; and I love hearing someone with more wisdom than I possess talking about this topic. Gives me relief that despite all of the cultural messaging, I’m actually not going to shrivel up once I pass my prime.
Educated Perspective
Having read 100's of self-love, physiology, societal based and forward thinking books, this is by far the BEST well-rounded, self-affirming pieces of literature I have ever read. I have two hard copies, both broken, lined and highlighted throughout. Typically, reading something once sticks forever, but this piece is so powerful I've gone over it many times as well as taught classes. I also appreciate that the actual author narrates the audio version, which is extremely rare. Thank you Janet & Dossie for your human-loving science and perspective!

Being new to ENM at the time of reading , this book is a tremendous help with understanding the lifestyle, it’s possibilities, as well as pitfalls, and how to grow out of your own insecurities.
