Informative on weight loss, macro type and exercise

I loved this book! Christine gives a lot of detail on identifying your macro type. She also gives tips on working out that you don’t receive from other trainers. The book gave great detail on making the most out of your workout. The book also gave tips on what to eat and how much to eat pre and post workout for your macro type. I followed her protocol and I’m now at a healthy weight and great fitness level. I had been injured during the pandemic and gained weight! I’m so glad that it’s off now my blood pressure is great. I’m also going to order another book for a family member.
