I have not received the PDF follow-along book which was a large reason why I purchased it. Not sure who to contact to fix that.
Waste of money
If you don’t have the paper book, this is not very helpful audio material. The chapters are not labeled, so if you want to listen to a specific topic, you don’t even know what to click on. This is old school really.
Just buy the book for your state. The U.S. audio book is an exact replica of the state audio book.
Great way to study for the exam, however do not purchase the U.S. Real Estate License Exam audio book if you have already purchased the audio book for your state! The entire U.S. audio book is an exact replica of the Virginia audio book. I listened to the U.S. audio book for a day and did the first 5 chapter quizzes until I realized they are the exact same! The Virginia Audio book only has 4 different pages about Virginia Real Estate!!! Do not buy both audio books! Just purchase the one for your state!
