This is Yoga Nidra

This is true Yoga Nidra instruction. It may seem repetetive but it is this repetition that brings you into deep relaxation. That place between full conciousness and deep sleep is where healing begins. Perhaps one may need more info before practicing. Their are many workshops and books on subject. Many find this practice, done correctly, to be truly relaxing.

Wonderful voice and music

The woman who talks you through the meditation has a very soothing and relaxing voice. This audiobook is wonderful. I use to have trouble sleeping and now, I sleep like a rock. A big thank you to all the folks that put this together.

About 15 minutes of value

I needed a stress reliever for long plane rides and this was not it. There is so much repititive junk that I think the author was trying to fill time. A waste of money.
