I read the original many years ago when I had just got done playing College Football. When it was over I didn’t really know what to do. My whole life was sports. I pushed off the Lord. I played the Christian role. I didn’t do anything terrible, but my relationship was not right or close with God. The devil used that and I “left the doors to my souls and the windows to my mind unlocked..” and he crept in. I battled depression, severe battles. I was a mess, my Mother told me to read this book many years ago. Getting back in my Bible, consistently and reading this book pulled me out of my funk I was in. The Lord uses me now to help younger athletes. I’m the head football coach now for a great high school and kids come to me often dealing with issues of the mind. I immediately buy this book for them. Whether it be paper back, digital, etc. The Bible is the hammer.. books like these, especially this one, can be the nails, the saw etc. just another tool to help understand the playbook of the enemy. I bet I get under satans skin every day because I know how he works now and I’m helping others God puts in front of me. So thank you Jesus, thank you Joyce! Blessings! 5 stars.

I feel convicted!
If you weren’t convicted before this book does it and really triggers a certain line of thought concerning our thoughts patterns and how I truly impacts every part of our lives. Great book!
