Her mission was simple—blend in, keep small, go unnoticed. But a wicked rake caught her and gave her a choice – accept his discipline or have her secrets dragged into the light.
Debutante Miss Mary Wilson is on a mission to uncover a treasonous plot – all while avoiding her determined aunt's machinations to find her a husband. Her only clue leads her to the debaucherous secret Society of Sin, led by the devilishly handsome rake, the Marquess of Hartford.
Focused on finding the perfect bride this Season, the Marquess of Hartford is astonished when he stumbles over an intruder to the Society of Sin. How is he the only one who sees her? Why did no one else notice this delectable little miss sneaking through the rooms of debauchery? And could his hunt for a wife be over?
As Mary tumbles into a new world of sin and pleasure, the Marquess is there to protect and guide her, but he doesn't know her secret mission… and with every secret you keep, a scandal is waiting around the corner.
Deception & Discipline
1. A Season for Treason
2. A Season for Scandal
3. A Season for Smugglers
3.5 Spy Season
4. A Season for Spies
This is the first in a companion series to the Domestic Discipline series. They follow the niece of England's spymaster and her friends who are determined to help him protect the country by going under cover and doing their own spying. This book follows Mary as she tries to balance her second Season and her spying all while unexpectedly finding herself attracted to her target. There is plenty of intrigue and action as well as a romance all twined together in one.
I enjoyed this book
The writing is better in this series. There was not so much repetitive thoughts. I did not need to scan fast through most pages as I have in previous books. There was probably to much to get in the story to waste words.
I like what you write and I will go looking for more
A Season Fr Treason
This book clearly needs a flow chart to keep the players straight. You got to love Rex the asking and the invisible Mary. They are both surprised when they discover the chemistry they both have. I enjoyed this book and will start ok 2 tonight. Enjoy!!!...April H, FL
