Steamy, Shifter Romance
The story was an enjoyable read. I liked Cate's characterization. She had a nice naivety to common sense ratio. It allowed for her to get in the situation, but also to look at events from an outside perspective, ie not the same way that a trained military person would. She and Hunter had great chemistry, but it did take him a little while to warm up to her. He was a bit of a grump, but he grows on you. The suspense element was fun. The idea of military made super soldiers is interesting and that part of the story continues on in the rest of the series.
