Calming The Emotional Storm

I would recommend this book for anyone who has ever had any type of disturbance in their life, from one's parents being divorced when they were a child, all the way to sexual abuse. Adults who have been in an emotionally destructive marriage due to their own emotional issues and/or that of their spouse will benefit also from the teachings and enlightenments in this book. Highly recommend it and others of its kind that offer instruction and understanding of the overwhelmed and hopeless state that comes from not being able to deal with strong emotion.
