Charles Scott, Bailiff of William S. Moore, Plaintiff in Error v. John Lloyd

IN error to the circuit court of the United States for the county of Washington, in the District of Columbia. An action of replevin was instituted in March 1825, by John Lloyd, in the circuit court of the United States for the county of Alexandria, against Charles Scott, bailiff of William S.
