Love her worlds, her characters, her words….. I can’t get enough. Have read the dragon series twice already! And keep including a cat as a major character!
Epic series
I really enjoyed this entire series. I love Trosper’s writing style. The world building was immersive. The characters were engaging and well thought out. The flow of the story moves so effortlessly that before you even realize it you’ve reached the end. There’s just the right amount of romance, steam, action, and humor.
Caius and Jo’s journey to find the dagger and stop the lost has been long and arduous. With a little “monitoring” from a few gods and goddesses, together they build an unstoppable army to defend themselves against enemies bent on destroying them. It was a rollercoaster of a ride to see Jo come into her full power.
Zachary Johnson voices Caius so well that it really is a bummer that he only has a few lines at the end of every chapter. Suzanne T. Fortin did a great job overall and they make for a dynamic duo. Overall, my only wish was that the audio was a duet rather than dual.

I love books like this written, slow and steady and well imaginative. Awesome story and I didn’t expect the ending like it was. Wow.
