Somewhere in the middle of Nowhere, nestled in a tiny cracks of a hole in reality, lies Dunttstown. And in that town lives a man unfortunately named Mongrel Stevens, who steadfastly exists in the face of all reason.

We meet him as he is thrust into his inaugural misadventure, setting out in search of a missing, yet important household furnishing. After a mishap at a local convenience store, Mongrel visits a couple friends to seek their aid. When one of them gets mortally wounded, his quest gets detoured to the Dunttstown Hospital, where he finds lots of fun things to do. And by fun I mean a strange new definition of the word that actually means the opposite.
