The Best of the Series so Far
So far I have enjoyed all the books in this well written series, but I think this one has been my favorite. It starts out fast and furious with a terribly gruesome murder that Thea is once again drawn into.
The author has done such an incredible job at creating strong characters that I have come to love.... flaws and all. Their journey has become my journey, I follow right alongside them engrossed with what will come next in their lives.
I am really glad I decided to try this series. It has given me great pleasure to spend some time with these incredible characters. I’ve not been disappointed in any of the storylines, each one has been unique and fun to read. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great read!
This is one of the best mystery stories I've read in a long time. While this is part of an ongoing series it stands on it's own pretty well. Thea is an overworked stressed young professional that I think many people can relate to. She has an amazing if sometimes pigheaded husband and police detective Andre. I got caught up in this story from page 1 and went on this thrilling roller coaster ride til the end. Just a fantastic read! I am going to go back and get the earlier books in this series to enjoy!!
