Rehash Anyone?
Nothing fresh here! Just another predictable storyline with the occasional “oh no” thrown in for effect. The characters are your usual hero and villain typecast and the action scenes are all too familiar. Overall this would be the book to read after you’ve finished all the good books and have time to kill!
A pretty good read
The story is a good one. The electronic version of the book has a good many typographical errors but that wasn't enough to ruin the experience. It is a good story about a renewed Korean War, and having USMC Force Recon as the ones who save the day was an excellent change of pace. We have far too many stories of Navy SEALs nowadays. For a supposedly secretive force the SEALs like to publicly brag too much. Marine Recon and Marine Raiders are the true quiet professionals that know how to keep their secret missions secret. Hard men that we as a nation owe more to than we will ever know. Semper Fi!
