Publisher Description
This broody wolf shifter thought he'd never find his true mate. But a human woman is about to prove him wrong.
Jessica, a human, doesn't know what to believe when an ill-advised trek through the woods lands her in a supernatural territory filled with dangerous shapeshifters. One man in particular makes her heart go pitter-patter, but he's brusque and bossy and pushes her away at every turn. That can't be love, can it?
Wolf shifter Marcus doesn't do friendship—not since his buddy died. He doesn't do packs—not since he had to kill one of his own packmates. And he sure as hell doesn't do mates—not since the last woman he loved rejected him. But Jessica is turning everything he believed upside down, and he'll do whatever it takes—make friends, form a pack, and even fall in love—to protect her.
Filthy Wolf is the second standalone book in the Junkyard Shifters series. It features a wounded hero, a feisty heroine, and all kinds of naughty language and sessytimes. Embrace the "trashy" in "trashy romance" and buy your copy today!

Another great story!
While this book wasn't as action-packed or seem as dangerous as the previous books, not to me at least, it was still a really great read. In this volume we get to learn more about Marcus. After the last book, Filthy Beast, I felt bad for him because you could tell he had feelings for Lena, but she chose Carter. The Carter and Lena left the Junkyard, which left Marcus alone, especially since Kyle had died.
This book starts by giving us an update on Marcus since Carter and Lena's departure from the Junkyard. We also get our first introduction to the lead female character of this book, Jessica. Jessica is a human woman who is staying at a writer's retreat not far from the Junkyard. Her and her frined, Blythe, find themselves stranded and captive within the Junkyard after a mishap at the retreat finds them kicked out. After accidentally wandering over the boundary of the Junkyard barrier, the two women find themselves in a world of trouble.Good thing is that some of the guys in the Junkyard are not as bad as their reputation make them out to be. Like Jase and Marcus and even Stetson.
Marcus start out by simply wanting to do the right thing, but he soon develops feeling for Jessica. He doesn't believe he deserves a mate or a way out of the Junkyard, but Fate seems to have other plans for him and Jessica. Blythe, I think, has also met her match in Jase.
I'm really enjoying my time in the Junkyard series and I look forward to seeing what happens in the next book.
Fun, Quick Shifter Read!!
Jessica and her friend accidentally wander into the Junkyard, a place for shifters who can’t function in society, and are stuck due to the magic of the line.
Jessica and Marcus were perfect together! They were a bit too stubborn at times, but their chemistry together was fire!
The story is a pretty quick read, not too long. It flows well together, and the story is heavy on the romance/romantic elements with not too much developing a complex plot.
This is not the first book in the series, but it is not necessary to read any others to understand this story. Though, after reading this, I’ll check them out!
Terrific second book in series
I really enjoyed the way these two interacted with each other. Marcus and Jessica tease and flirt … it’s just too cute. I liked getting to know about Marcus and Jessica is so smart, sassy and funny.
Set in the Junkyard, where there is a decent vs bad already going on, Marcus tries to keep Jessica safe. His feelings grow for her and she feels similarly. Unfortunately Jessica is found out to be living in the Junkyard - fighting, plotting and team work go in to try and save her.
I really enjoyed the second book and look forward to reading what the other Junkyard members have in store for them. Highly recommend!
