Surprisingly Tender
This is the fourth book in this series that I have read and it may be my favorite one. I love how Olivia is technically spolied, but knows it, acknowledges it, and still genuinely wants to be a good person. I love how Ledger is also a bit flawed, but also real. Their communication and trust in one another is a refreshing component in the story. I also really appreciated that both of them acknowledged their growing feelings and did not fight it.
Great Meet Cute
Ledger and Olivia meet in a dodgy bar when she turns to him and asks him to kiss her. He knows the high society woman sitting next to him will never go for a mechanic but he kisses her anyway and the sparks fly. A lot of this book is about each character coming to terms with their families and the roles they are expected to play. Even though they are very different, they care about each other and want the best for each other. Isn’t that what we all want?
I have not read the other books in this series so I think it worked fine as a stand alone. I loved the two main characters. They make mistakes but learn from them. And I love Ledger’s one eyed cat Jack!

FIVE CHEERS FOR THE BAD BOY!!!
If there was an steamy romantic comedy about a tattooed bad boy with a heart of gold and a rich but good hearted girl that made their hot chemistry combustible, this story tops it!!! I enjoyed reading this in one day!!! Who knew a romantic comedy has so much sexy, erotic moments in this book series!!! Dawg, Ledger is definitely one of the hottest ‘Dominant’ bad boy with a good heart to boot!!! Good for Olivia!!! She deserved to be happy and loved!!!
