I just love our quirky heroine Jane, she is too cute! And Gena’s description of our lovable inspector detective (a man of many talents lol) Conrad is so accurate, he is indeed “a smoke show”!! They pair together so perfectly. Conrad is the perfect calm to Jane’s erratic (but lovable) way of thinking and they complement each other so well.
This is the third murder mystery to hit our favorite Georgia town of Aurelian Hills and it is a doozy! Jane is getting some experience under her belt and I must say I agree with her label of private investigator in training, she is a natural! With Conrad and truth team (Fiona, Beau and friends I’m looking at you) by her side there is nothing she can’t do! I was pleasantly surprised but the twists and turns in this one but, I was shocked at the Lucy bomb!! I was not expecting that AT ALL.
If you love a thrilling murder mystery with a side of fun and a smidge of romance then this book is for you! Congrats to Gena and Jill on this awesome third book of this amazing series!!
