Priceless Info
I own a small business that has undergone radical change over 12 years. With a strong staff we have been able to grow and thrive. However, it was not always clear to us why we survived while competitors went under. This book put many of our strategies into focus and helped us realize what we were doing right (and wrong.) By knowing more about why strategies work we can become an even greater success despite the disruptive events that unfold.
If you want to keep your company on top, I can't think of many books that would be better. (I just hope my competitors aren't smart enough to buy a copy or implement it's lessons!)
Great by Choice is worth 10x what they charge.
Very helpful, good read....I will share
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Great By Choice. The storytelling followed by specific details makes for interesting and fun reading. The concepts are very important for our business and life. As I move along my career from I have been asked why I continue to read books about leadership. I continue to learn how to move forward in a decent and caring manner and help make all the "who's" on our bus successful. I plan to share this with my already successful daughters and my fellow bus riders
