Finally someone wrote a book that makes sense. It's easy to read, easy to follow and most importantly, easy to absorb. From the moment I picked up the book and started flipping through the pages, I could feel my head nodding in agreement with the words on the pages. It's like having your favorite school teacher readily available to chat anytime you need advice.
I love the activities that are included at the end of each chapter...I look forward to a plan that helps me "walk the walk" instead of advice that gives no plan of action.
