She nearly ruined his life. Now she needs him to save hers.
Computer hacker Bliss Bennett accepted a simple job: access confidential files and turn them over to the CIA. But something went wrong. Now, she has a target on her back. And the only man who can save her wouldn’t give her a glass of water if she was dying of thirst. Not that she blames him.
But she has to try.
Sky Kelley isn’t the same man who fell in love with the bewitching genius whose lies nearly cost him his military career. These days he’s a badass commando with lethal moves to match his mad hacking skills. And he’s not inclined to do Bliss any favors.
But Sky isn’t wired to turn away anyone in distress. He’ll do what it takes to protect her, but he won’t get emotionally involved. Not ever again.
Except truth has a way of revealing itself, especially when a deadly enemy sets his sights on Bliss…

When two hackers collide, sparks will fly!!!
I love finding out what makes the HOT guys tick and their back stories, but finding out that Hacker (Sky) has a secret ex-wife that no one knew about was a real surprise! I loved the chemistry between Bliss and Sky, I swear the air around me positively crackled as I read their story!!! I also loved that Bliss was an absolute Bada$$ in her own right. Congratulations on another great release!
Four years ago Sky and Bliss were married after a whirlwind romance. Secrets and lies brought it all crashing down after 6 short months. Now Bliss is in danger and she shows up on Sky’s doorstep asking for his help. Sky doesn’t want to have anything to do with Bliss, but seeing her fear has him agreeing to help. Will they be able to get to the bottom of the trouble she finds herself in? Will they go their separate ways for good or will they find their feelings haven’t really changed after all this time? This was another great read in this series.
The dialogue is little meh. Lots of sentences beginning with “bliss baby,” or constantly repeating their names when conversing with each other which never seems realistic to me. Some parts get a bit more cheesy.
