Publisher Description
Why are we doing this...?
When Haruhiro came to, he was in the darkness. Not knowing why was he here, or where "here" even was. With him were others who also remembered little more than their own names. What they found when they came out of the underground was a world that was ‘just like a game.’ In order to survive, Haruhiro forms a party with others in the same situation as him, learns Skills, and takes his first steps forward into the world of Grimgar as a Trainee Volunteer Soldier. Not knowing what awaits him... This is a tale of adventure born from the ashes.
Customer Reviews
You created something special
I first saw the anime of grimgar. I thought, wow this is different. All other anime’s you have goblins getting dismantled so easily… here you have a whole group struggling to kill just one. It intrigued me but hadn’t sold me. Minato did though, as well as the characters you created. The heartbreak, finding and empathizing with why Merry was so cold. Death spot and the no life king. I was sad to see the anime not make it. I mean really sad. How incredible the show quickly became. Then I found that this had come from light novels and all I could think is I have to read this entirely to the end. Thank you for creating such wonderful art. My first light novel I’ve read and now I’m hooked. Can’t wait to read every volume!
