A good imaging …
The storytelling was great, the idea excellent, but why did it suddenly need the typical “romance genre” phrasing, no longer acceptable for my pre-teen who would love it otherwise.
Mulan and Cinderella rolled into one. Fantastic combination.
Nicely done reimagining & retelling
The story is kind of a cross between Cinderella and Mulan. The main characters are nicely developed and the evil step mother is far more likable than expected. Some further development of the step sisters and fairy godmother might add another lawyer to this delightful tale. It has nothing explicit but is probably not a story for very young children.
