There’s no techniques
It gives information about anxiety and its symptoms, but there’s no talk of ways on how to manage it. The title is misleading.
Plagiarism is easy to find
This is a blatant word for word copy of work written by Heather Rose. It’s more of a pamphlet that explains what anxiety is, the different types, and who suffers from it. In this plagiarized “book” multiple pages are dedicated to the author’s other works ranging from multi-level marketing schemes, crypto, and other masterpieces that all appear to be pre-ai junk explainers with no actionable content. So sad stuff like this makes it past the bookstore moderators.
Not written well.
Very hard to read with all the bad grammar. Couldn’t get past the first chapter with all the errors.
