Chas is shocked by what her boss just said. Maybe she deserves it for giving in and dating him. That's all going to end now because emptying her wine glass on his head is her way of quitting.
Sea would never have threatened her with taking her job had he known it would backfire. He never intended to actually do it, he was just desperate to keep her with him. Now she was long gone, but he was going to find her and get her to forgive him if it was the last thing he did.
