James Jackson, Ex-Demise of Lazy Anderson v. John Clark and Robert Ellison

This is an ejectment brought by the plaintiff in error, in the Court of the United States for the seventh circuit and district of Ohio, to recover a tract of land lying in the military district. The plaintiff offered, as his title, a patent from the government of the United States, bearing date the 10th of November 1824.
