Publisher Description
Volume 3 in a new series of short stories by New York Times bestselling author H.M. Ward that takes place in her Sexy Ferro World
When billionaire Sean Ferro crosses my path it's my job to destroy him. His crimes are horrific and there's no way I'm letting him walk away from them. Whether he wins or loses in court is irrelevant. I'll destroy any chance he has at a happy life when this is over, whether he lands in a jail cell or not.
The arrogant bastard is more beautiful than I thought. He sits there, day after day, closed off and quiet. Dark hair pushed out of his face, and those blue eyes staring into space, unseeing.
I assist the prosecution and twist his silence into apathy, steadily twisting the image of a broken man into a disturbed monster. I destroy him completely well before the end of the trial. Society hates him. And so do I.
But one night will change everything. One chance encounter shows me my mistake. This isn't something I cant change, so I offer the only thing I know he needs--me.

Book Hungover, Speechless, Revealing!
A few thoughts as I finished MANWHORE #3. Intense, honest, book hungover to say the least come to mind. HM Ward manages in three short stories to bring a lot to Sean’s backstory. There are only a few authors who have really thrown me when reading their series, and HM Ward is the best out there! MANWHORE #3 (and really MANWHORE #1 and #2 combined) was so good that I haven’t been able to pick up anything else. I seriously ate these books up. I loved that I wanted to and had to finish this book. MANWHORE #3 floored me. Where MANWHORE #2 took me to one protagonist’s edge, MANWHORE #3 took me to the edge and brought me back without leaving us completely hopeless. Great stories evoke feelings, whether they are dark or light or in between and she did it all, which I absolutely love. This series will want you go out and pick up up all the rest of the Ferro storyline books. Absolutely perfect!!
Blown away at the first sentence!!
Paige and Sean are both running/hiding from horrible incidents in their past. Will dangling the other over the edge help them to back away from their own cliff and begin to heal??
At the conclusion of this series I'm convinced the title is more of an oxymoron than a description of the version of Sean we see. I went into this series thinking I would not see any type of emotions from Sean, only someone who used women for his own pleasure and not caring about them or their feelings at all. I got the total opposite. The story is about a man and a woman who find if they push each other out of their comfort zone they not only find peace in themselves, but they help the other one find peace as well.
This series of short stories helps give us a little more insight into the man Sean is with Avery in the Arrangement series. I found so many ah-ha moments, and so many "I knew it" moments as well in this series. I now see Sean in a completely different light. Right after finishing reading, I felt myself wanting more of Paige's story. What happens? Does she get her HEA? Is she able to move on? Then I remembered the saying that people come into our lives for a particular reason and season. Paige and Sean found their reason and can now move on.
Well done Ms. Ward. I was absolutely blown away from the very first sentence. You have completely changed my views on the Arrangement series that I have been reading for over a year now! I now see Sean as more than the control freak who shows very little emotion, he is a broken man trying to protect himself and find peace. No other word than amazing!!!
A Man on the Path to Mending
Just when you think he is completely broken and in a self induced darkness, you see the gentle side of SEAN. Think it's not possible, read this installment of Manwhore! You also get the unique opportunity to see how women can truly break and make a man into who they are! Wholly ironic situations!
