A beach retreat, a neighborly dispute and murder!
Persephone Pringle is 50, newly (and happily!) divorced and on a private, month-long retreat to find herself again. But when both sets of neighbors at her rented cottage on the ocean can’t seem to keep their personal lives out of hers, she’s about to pack up and leave. Problem is, finding a body on the beach means the local sheriff would rather she stick around, since she’s the prime suspect.
Can she solve the murder without her nosy FBI agent ex-husband and worrywart daughter making matters worse? Find out in Mind Your Own Murder, book one of the Persephone Pringle Cozy Mysteries!

Interesting twists
So nice to read about women with life changes that actually do change their lives from inward out.
An ok story
Dragged in places. Wasn’t surprised by the end. Had already figured it out early on.
And the names UG! Persephone and Calliope.
Grammar errors. Lack of attention to details. For example:
“Another shattering door slam likely a terror on his hinges”
“While I stood and headed for the garden, the missing gnome. Took a closer look at the ground.”
Why does Persephone wait until the next day to call police after having a rock thrown through her window with a threatening note on it? She sweeps up the glass instead of leaving the crime scene in-tack, and goes to bed and then the next morning goes for a walk without her phone. Not too smart.
Awesomeness! This book is delightful and helped me…
This book is rich in detail with humor that it is a full Reality. It helped me escape MY Reality.
This Reality was without the stress of my mom’s stroke and losing my job. Thank you Patti Larsen! I needed this.
