    Good workouts

    First let me say, I am a forty year old male with lots of gym experience and I was looking for something new. This book is what I was looking for, a completely new approach to working out. I finished my first month now and I have toned down in the critical areas - stomach, hips - and bulked up in the desirable ones - arms, chest.
    You have to read through a lot of text, but in the end it is worth it - you will do all the exercises with more skill and thus with more effect.
    Only minusses:
    - Since we all are working out in crowded gyms, it would be nice to hear more about how to do some of the exercises then and there, instead of reading how you can do them in an empty gym
    - The muscle-explosion charts do not download automatically, since the links are all broken. A nuisance for iphone users since it makes sense to have the books and the charts on your phone.
    All in all: Worth the purchase, will continue with another circle....

    Day by Day Nutrition Missing

    I bought the beginner book at it had each day of the program whether the day was low-carb, low-fat, etc, it seems to be missing in this book…I have not started the program yet, but it looks great.

    Muscle Explosion Rocks

    Comprehensive program including diet/nutritional guidelines, training techniques, and coaching that are better than innovative...they're EFFECTIVE!
    Nick's program made me realize how many reps I'd "wasted" over the years by improper form and hey...just not working out hard enough.
    I've done two cycles through the program in the last three months and my strength and definition are better than ever! Nick knows his stuff!
    (totally worth the $$$ if you're willing to do the work!)
