Great!!
Nothing more than, great job!! thank you
A lot of useful knowledge for aspiring Frogmen
I found this book particularly helpful due to the fact that you can't really find this type of information very easily (in regards to the mental aspects of training.) If you're like me and are building up your collection of NSW books to gain a better understanding of how to better prepare then I recommend this.
Excellent Work, per usual from SOFREP
Great read from the writers at SOFREP.
