No Good Deed

Her entire life, Ardath has wanted to do one thing: save people in a way no one managed to save her mother. After growing up without any real family, she wants to spare others from the same fate. She's come up with a brilliant plan to save even more lives, if only she can fund it.

Ardath doesn't take his refusal very well, and the more time Ace spends around Ardath, the more he hates being her enemy. He can't let the family empire collapse over a stupid crush though, can he?
