Not George Washington — an Autobiographical Novel

Not George Washington is a semi-autobiographical novel by P. G. Wodehouse, written in collaboration with Herbert Westbrook. First published in the U. K. on 18 October 1907 by Cassell and Co. , London. The book is a somewhat fictionalised account of Wodehouse's early writing and journalistic career. The tale is told from several viewpoints.
