The Cookbook I Want To Watch!
I'm on my third time through this book! I love the simple and clear instructions to dishes and drinks that are both basic and special. Frank is a refreshing change from the cooking show chefs who rush and yell...he makes me feel like I could easily and effortlessly turnout dishes as gorgeous as the photos. I've now mastered ricotta, and am sending the lemoncello recipes to every member of my Italian family. Only criticism....more please!!
