Can't get enough

This is a short-story that provides the POV's of Violet, Bruce Wayne, Joe, and Mason. The different POV's provide a little more insight into the supporting main characters of the series. A very quick read.

I was really disappointed in the book before this. I loved the others though so I didn't want to give up on the series just yet. This novella was good. I like how she does these from the other characters point of view. Yes there was a lot of repeats but because it's told bt the other characters it wasn't redundant to me. Getting in their head makes for a deeper connection with them. Looking forward to the next novel.

I love these novellas that Miss. Denise does in between the next full installments of our favorite PI in the making.

One reason I love them so much is the fact we get POV's from the other main characters of the series. While the Novels are told from Rose POV, I know that can color or perception of a certain person, so it's nice to see Joe's, Violet's, Mason, etc. version of what is happening.

The titles are always perfect for these novellas and this is no different. All the major players are picking of the pieces of the bombs that have been dropped on their lives and figure out a way to move on and find some peace in their lives and with each other
