I would have to say I enjoyed this book as much as the first 6-7. It had more interaction with the characters from the other books.

If you love beautifully written historical romances, then Ramona Flightner’s Runaway Montana Groom is a sure bet for many hours of reading pleasure ‼️👍. Peter & Philomena’s love story began in Texas, he a cowboy & she a preacher’s sister! Peter was manipulated into believing a horrible rumor about his bride-to-be & became a Runaway Groom‼️. When he returns to the Tompkins ranch run by his brother Fred, he is heartbroken & angry about Mena’s betrayal. He’d also briefly glimpsed their mother who’d abandoned the family & died‼️ Why had he, Fed & Cole been lied to as young boys? As the story unfolds, his wicked, selfish & manipulative mother has now returned to Bear Grass Springs to spread lies & misery & try to worm her back into her sons’ lives. Will Mena & Peter find their way back to each other? Will Mena’s preacher brother allow her to forgive? You’ll see how the McKinnon & Tompkins families rally around the couple spreading goodwill, humor & lots of love to hopefully ensure a happy ending. Philomena and Peter both struggle to trust after having been hurt by people who should have been their greatest source of love and support. A good, clean, easy read.
