Super Cute!
Okay Shelly Maypo is a witch that can’t seem to find her calling in the human world. She is currently working as a reporter at the Cape Coast Crier. She has tried many things, including getting her PI license, but could never get any work. Her editor Brandon asks her out on a date and she talks him into taking her to the zoo to get material for the article she is writing for the paper. When he shows up in a suit she is wondering if she is making a big mistake going out with him. Turns out she is, but their trip to the zoo is pretty funny. While she is there she runs into the gorgeous Dr. Gabriel Ramos, Chief Zoologist and head of the zoo. She met him at a fund raiser and it seems that he remembers her too. When her date Brandon stomps off in a huff, leaving her with no way home, he can’t believe his good luck. He promises to take her home when he gets off work, which also included dinner out with him. By the time he takes her home his is a gonner! And his jaguar thinks she is his mate!
Things are going well for the two of them until a “friend” from Gabe’s past moves back to town and reconnects with him. When things start going very wrong at the zoo, Gabe has no idea why. When his medical assistant is killed and thrown in with the Lions his world falls apart. Can Shelly finally put her PI skills to work and find out who the killer is and who’s attacking the zoo and Gabe? A great read!.
