Publisher Description
In this stunning ninth book in the New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling Keeper of the Lost Cities series, Sophie and her friends discover the true meaning of power—and evil.
Sophie Foster changed the game.
Now she’s facing impossible choices:
When to act.
When to trust.
When to let go.
Her friends are divided and scattered, and the Black Swan wants Sophie to focus on their projects. But her instincts are leading her somewhere else.
Stellarlune—and the mysterious Elysian—might be the key to everything. But finding truth in the Lost Cities always requires sacrifice. And as the Neverseen’s plans sharpen into terrifying focus, it appears that everyone has miscalculated. The Lost Cities’ greatest lie could destroy everything. And in the battle that follows, only one thing is certain: nothing will ever be the same.

SHANNON!!!!
Go Team Foster-Keefe! I have been rooting for those 2 like ever since I started reading KOTLC. But SHANNON. I HATE you SO MUCH for that cliffhanger. Now I have to wait until next year. How could you DO this to the KOTLC fan club?? I will die of suspense by the time the 10th book comes out!!!!

I think it’s an amazing book!
I have loved all the books in the series this one is more action packed than the rest. I can’t wait for the next one. I am not ashamed to say that I am way too old to be reading it, and I love it.
I selfishly hope she doesn’t have another kid. Sorry, I’m just impatient.
Thank you for another amazing book!
Wonderful!
I have read all of the Keeper books and this is by far one of my favorites! Messenger does an amazing job of portraying Sophie and her friend’s growth throughout the series. I can’t believe how far the Keeper Crew has come since book one! I highly recommend this book! Shannon Messenger doesn’t disappoint. The only complaint I have is that the book does seem to have a bit of a slow pace. It could have been faster if there wasn’t as much unnecessary content. Still a great read though! Definitely worth the money.
