loved this book so much! so unique, and the plot is amazing
What’s Really Stolen Was My Time
This isn’t my first time reading a book by Ms. McManus, but it certainly pales in comparison to the last one. I realize I am not the target audience here for this book, since I am not a YA. However, it feels like this book tries to cram into an overabundant number of twists and turns to the point where it defies credulity with me. Some characters didn’t feel well developed enough compared to others yet we’re supposed to g on this rollercoaster and react regardless. In the number of heist books I’ve read which I generally enjoy, this was not in the top ten for me. I know it centers around an expensive necklace, but I mourn my time lost reading this more.
