Changed my entire life course
I suffered from mental health issues for 14 years all the psychiatrists ever did was give me more pills with serious side effects this I was prayed for and I felt an urge to read this book right after this book changed my entire life I’m now doing Really well and I’ve lost all the weight that I gained while they were switching my medicine it’s amazing what this book can do
I love listening to your podcasts but the forgiveness one struck a nerve. I’m confused about the true definition. If you’ve been traumatized by someone, forgiveness isn’t what gets you past it. It’s finding a way to accept that it has happened and not the emotional turmoil becoming a permanent part of perception and component defining your relationships. Hearing Tana apologize at the end because she isn’t as “forgiving” as the woman at the ending story just didn’t seem right. How can you say, that a traumatic event is ok? No matter their background story? It’s like telling the victim to overlook the event. I think you can let go of the emotions from a traumatic event without forgiving the perpetrator. It’s never ok that it happened, but you don’t have to carry the emotional turmoil forever.
Great, life changing plan!!
