Everyone suffering from diabetes should read this!

This book completely changed the outlook I had towards my condition, I thought my diabetes diagnosis was a life sentence that I would live a miserable life taking medication for the rest of my life. This book proved to me that I was wrong, I did exactly what the book outlines in its pages and I’ve been able to bring my A1C levels from an 8 to a 5.7 in a matter of months. Stop believing these doctors, medicine is a business all they are looking to do is prescribe and sell drugs, I suggest we all pick up a book and read and do the necessary research, we live in a age where we tend to listen to others instead of searching for the information ourselves. This book is a great start to freeing yourself from the chains of obesity and diabetes.

A1C from 8.68 to 4.96 in 3 Months!

After much research and reading, this was the only approach that intuitively made sense. The fasting and dietary changes were not nearly as scary as they initially seamed and I can’t argue with the results. Down 43 pounds, cut my A1C in half and came off Metflorin in three months.
