Not for me

I bought this book with high hopes for a treatment for PCOS! It wasn’t until I read the chapter on food that I realized it recommended basically a keto diet for the treatment of PCOS - something that has been proven to be unhealthy in the long run for the average person, and especially for women with PCOS. Not for me.
