This book has all the feels of a good romance novel. It has well written characters, cheeky banter, angst, misunderstandings and mistakes, the re-blooming of love, and a HEA ending. I enjoyed this book.

Amazing read
I love a good slow burn and this was it. And when it finally wasn’t so much as a slow burn but a good second chance book meaning the first chance ended peacefully it was hot and steamy. I love how Tessa after learning a lesson the hard way( you’ll see when you read) that she knows her boundaries, heart and dignity. It also makes it even better that Jackson is two years older and the first everything for Tessa and childhood love. Been reading a lot by Lila Monroe and I am yet to be disappointed by her works. Keep up the great writing, Lila.
