Easy read!
Easy read, wasn’t in love with the ending.
Revenge
Revenge....... It consumes you and in the end destroys you. Ivy was 14 years of age when her parents were taken from her in a brutal car accident. The unbearable feeling of loss overwhelmed Ivy and it changed who she was. She questioned who was the person that was responsible for taking the only people in her life. When the day came and that name was revealed, Ivy knew she had to get close to her and destroy her.
Lola Maxwell, the woman who destroyed Ivy's life. Lola was rich, beautiful and well known for her charity. In order two get close to her, Ivy had to take on the persona of one of the woman Lola helped in her charity. She just needed to get close enough to get her to trust her and become a part of her crew. Soon enough Ivy did just that. She started with one goal, "Destroy Lola"; but in the end it was Ivy who was destroyed.
There were many twists and turns throughout the book. The ending was a big surprise because the person who was in control of what was happening, the puppeteer pulling all the strings, was not who would have expected. To say suspense is an understatement. I was happily surprised with the ending. Well done Shanora Williams.
